‘Very Shameful’: Users Criticize Pregnant Megan Fox Shopping in Sheer Dress and High Heels — Photos

Hollywood star Megan Fox was recently spotted out shopping at esteemed fashion retailer Revolve’s recently opened holiday store at The Grove in Los Angeles. Although the actress, who is set to welcome her fourth child, was dressed to the nines, not everyone found her outfit tasteful.

For her excursion, Fox donned a sheer burgundy dress that left little to the imagination and accentuated her figure and pregnancy bump. She paired the garment with fashion brand Ducie’s “Corrin Leather Coat.”

According to its description online, the $1,020 coat is made from lambskin leather and features a front button closure and a waist tie.

The clothing item also has slanted side pockets and appears to be quite the popular choice among shoppers, as currently, there is only one coat left in stock on Revolve’s online store.

Fox completed her ensemble with matching long nails, and open-toed black heels, and adorned her face with eye-catching makeup. She also fashioned her dark tresses into an updo hairstyle, leaving a few locks loose on each side of her face.

Revolve first announced that they would be opening their holiday shop via an Instagram post published on November 14. They shared an attention-grabbing reel showing a stylish model trying on an array of beautiful clothes before leaving the store with multiple bags.

“NOW OPEN! ❄️🎁 Step into a holiday wonderland and get ready to celebrate the season at our first-ever REVOLVE Holiday Shop at @thegrovela! 🌲⛄️,” reads the beginning of their caption.

The message continued, “From cozy essentials to holiday party-ready looks, we’ve got a curated collection of your favorite REVOLVE brands, exclusive Shop-In-Shop experiences, & more 😍🛍️ Grab your friends & let the holiday shopping begin!”

When social media users saw photos of Fox during her shopping trip, they flocked to the comment sections to assert their opinions on her appearance, with most finding her outfit to be inappropriate. “Very shameful mother wanna be!!!!!” remarked a vehement Facebooker.

Another echoed, “Sheer dress. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Have just a tad class pls. Just a little?? No need to look so ‘attention seeking,'” while someone else opined, “its [sic] actually disgusting the way these people are flashing their bodies around.”

Similarly, a spectator said, “That’s a horrible outfit. Just naked to the world… I wish the celebrities wore more clothes, we need more conservative people.”

Criticism continued with yet another observer instructing, “[…] Get dressed.” “Even when she is pregnant she cannot wear decent clothes,” observed an Instagrammer.

“Never understand the need to wear very little or thin cloth so you x Can see everything when pregnant [sic],” added someone else. “Why bother buy clothes when you’re going out like this [sic],” pondered an observer.

A netizen sarcastically stated, “Perfect outfit for a pregnant woman. 🤦🏽‍♀️,” while another noted, “Heels while pregnant, 🤪 ridiculous.” “Feel sorry for that kid,” penned a user on X.

Although many comments were negative, a few people showered Fox with compliments. “She looks beautiful,” praised a fan. Another swooned, “Yay, she’s gorgeous.. glowing like pregnant woman.. 🙏 you look after this baby.. [sic].” “She looks fabulous pregnant,” gushed a fellow admirer.

Fox’s appearance at the holiday shop comes after the “Jennifer’s Body” star announced she is expecting a baby with famous artist Machine Gun Kelly (MGK). On November 11, she shared an Instagram post showing two photos. One displayed Fox posing nude, drenched in black paint and holding onto her baby bump.

The other showed her holding a positive pregnancy test. “nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️ [sic],” captioned the actress.

Fox’s pregnancy comes a year after she revealed that she and MGK had lost a baby due to a miscarriage. The topic was brought up during an interview the star conducted with “Good Morning America” (“GMA”) in 2023, where she discussed her then-new poetry book “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.”

According to a clip of the interview, the last two poems in the book discuss the heartbreaking pregnancy loss the couple encountered.

Speaking on the matter, Fox disclosed, “I had never been through anything like that before in my life. I have three kids, uhm, so, it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately. Together and apart […] trying to navigate, what does this mean? And why did this happen?”

A year before her candid revelations about the miscarriage, Fox and MGK, whom the actress calls her “twin flame,” got engaged. On January 13, 2022, the “sun to me” singer took to Instagram to alert the public that he had popped the question to his beloved.

He shared a video that showed a close-up shot of Fox’s gorgeous diamond engagement ring. The stunning ring features two upside-down stones — one white and the other emerald. They are joined together by glamorous diamond bands that connect them in the middle of the finger.

“‘yes, in this life and every life’ 💍 beneath the same branches we fell in love under, i brought her back to ask her to marry me,” expressed MGK in his caption.

He went on to describe the significance behind the ring’s unique design, “i know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love. 1-11-2022 ✨ [sic].”
