The video, posted one day after Scottie’s actual birthday, December 9, 2023, featured heartwarming clips capturing special moments from her parents’ journey. It included the moment Rochell and Kuch first discovered that they were expecting.

The video also captured a series of heartwarming and candid moments from Scottie’s first year. She was seen sitting happily in a shopping cart at the supermarket and riding in a baby walker while waving at the camera.

Furthermore, Scottie was videographed stepping barefoot on the beach with her mother’s gentle support. Other clips showed her giggling as her father playfully tossed her in the air, crawling across the floor, and taking wobbly but determined steps.

Last month, the couple shared how they plan to celebrate Scottie’s first birthday. Kuch envisioned something authentic and personal rather than overly elaborate, aiming to reflect their family’s unique style.

“No matter how big or small the celebration is, it’s crazy that it’s already been a year. I’m just so excited to celebrate this little girl we’ve come to know. Her personality is the cutest thing ever, so we’re looking forward to it,” the TikToker explained.

Kuch has also been giving her fans a glimpse into her motherhood journey ever since she welcomed Scottie. One clip shows her in the hospital having a colored drink just after she gave birth. Now that Scottie has turned one, Rochell admitted feeling a touch of sadness as their little girl transitions from the baby stage to becoming a toddler. However, both he and Kuch take pride in having nurtured her to this milestone, where she is now starting to wean off the bottle.

Rochell observed how much Scottie had grown, noting that when he held her in a straddle position, her head now reached near his chin, making it easier to kiss her without bending. Reflecting on her rapid growth, the couple agreed that time with their daughter seems to be flying by.

However, the couple is embracing the toddler stage, enjoying how Scottie can now actively engage with them in ways she couldn’t as a baby. “It’s like she’s a little human,” Kuch remarked. They’ve started teaching her affirmations, encouraging her to recognize that she is “pretty,” “strong,” and “smart.”

Kuch and her husband are currently focused on renovating their California home, with a special touch being an outdoor shed transformed into a playroom for Scottie. As their home renovation progresses, the couple is also considering the idea of expanding their family.

While Rochell recently warmed up to the thought, Kuch reflected on her own close bond with her siblings and envisioned a similar dynamic for Scottie. “Hopefully, we’re blessed enough to have another child, however many more. You learn a lot with the first one, and I think Scottie will be the cutest big sister,” said Kuch.
